Targeted Group / Beneficiary: 30 Students & 65 villagers participated in drawing competition & signature campaign. Performance of children was commendable. Lavish Niwati of class 4th, Riya and Radha of class 12th stood first, second, third in drawing competition. Participants were awared about prohibition of child labour & children trafficking prevalent in India under Article 24 of constitution of India in which children below 14yrs of age are prohibited to work in factory, mine or any hazardous employment & Child Labour (Prohibition and Regulation) Amendment Rules 2017 which includes prevention, prohibition, rescue and rehabilitation of child and adolescent workers.

Targeted Group / Beneficiary: Around 60 participants including women,men & children attended the function, They were awared regarding statistic of India that 25.33 lacs children between 5yrs to 9yrs of age, 75.96 lacs of children between 10yrs to 14 yrs come under Child labor category. According to Child Labour (Prohibition and Regulation) Amendment Act 2016, there is fine of 10-50 thousands and imprisonment of three months to 2 years for forcing child labour. Under Article 24 of constitution of India Child labour has been banned. Child line1098 is the phone number for children in distress. Parents should try to give their children good education & upgrade their skill in order to make them self sufficient.
